Outdated Property Feeds & Clunky Search
Syncing thousands of properties manually resulted in slow load times and lost leads.
Using an inefficient legacy API resulted in frequent timeouts and frustrated users. The map search was notoriously laggy on mobile devices, and the overall clunky user experience was causing the brokerage to lose high-ticket buyer and renter leads to competitors with more modern platforms.
